We bought a Q7 from Tre who provided a top notch experience, far above any previous car purchase experience. Low pressure. Straight talk. He came in on his day off to close! Twice! The Audi team of Zoe, Ed, Adam, and John took every minute (er…hour) I needed to answer extra questions and personally guide me through the car’s features. We even ran into two technical issues. One they fixed right away and made sure I was 100% satisfied. For another issue they scheduled the appointment immediately to resolve the (minor) issue.

His whole support team worked to ensure we got what we were looking for, without worrying if we got a fair deal, which we also did, get a fair deal.
